Mind Body Movement is an exercise studio where the connection of mind and body are merged to create movement that is controlled, powerful, and complete. Each class is designed to strengthen the entire body and bring balance to the mind. The studio is structured around small class sizes so that each person can be given the proper attention and level of comfort. Our goal is for each client to walk through the door ready for a challenge, and leave the studio feeling each every muscle worked. With a large variety of classes offered from Body Barre Fusion, Bootcamp, Mat Pilates, and Yoga, boredom will never set in and the results unending!
