Set to upbeat, energetic music, this class utilizes the ballet barre, small weights, and the body's own resistance, to perform multiple high reps of small isolated movements, creating long lean muscles, to tone and reshape the body.

This apparatus uses springs as resistance to condition the core, develops long lean muscles, while also improving flexibility and alignment, Sessions are designed for personalized one-on-one attention, allowing each client to discover the correct body allignment and work at their own level of comfort and intensity. Particularly beneficial for those with spinal and joint issues.
