I have always had a true passion for physical fitness and living a happy and healthy lifestyle. Feeling good about yourself and your body builds great self-confidence and the belief that anything is possible. As the former owner of Mind Body Movement for 4+ year, I have been teaching fitness for over 10 years throughout the Greater Cincinnati area including local schools and universities. I hold certifications as a 200 RYT Yoga Teacher and Pilates Specialist. I truly love working with people and helping them find their inner and outer strength, while having some fun doing it. I have experience with all ages and levels including rehabilitative instruction. I provide Live online streaming group classes for adults, instilling the importance of health and wellness.. Group Classes include Barre and Pilates with a mix of Strength-Training and Yoga. Simply put, at any age, level, or condition, we are given a
powerful mind, a strong body, and the gift of movement....so let's put it to use and be AMAZING!
